• Taught most of the manufacturing technology courses offered by Georgia Tech at the UG level. The courses covered mfg. processes for fibers, polymers, apparel products, carpets, nonwovens; also processes for metallic, ceramic and composite material products.
  
• Managed six different characterization labs and three process technology labs for 20 years. Upgraded four characterization labs by adding a new SEM and equipment for X-Ray Diffraction, X-Ray Fluorescence, Spectrometry, Rheology, and Thermal Analysis.
• Served as faculty member in-charge of laboratory safety for 12 years (24 labs in 4 buildings).
• Conducted experiments in multiple laboratories for product and process improvement.
• Used DOE techniques to design and run experiments for optimal results.
• Trained several thousand undergraduate students and dozens of graduate students.
• Developed and implemented new technologies and new laboratory procedures (ASTM, AATCC & ISO Methods) to improve quality, productivity and process efficiency.
